Before the refinance
A date on the horizon is not a harbour.
Capital can give a business time. It cannot decide what that time becomes.
A refinancing date is a point on the horizon. Useful for direction, but no guarantee of calm water or a welcome when you arrive.
What matters is whether the vessel is stronger by then. Strong enough to make the intended port, or continue towards another.
The financing may change. The strength should remain.
