When patience becomes a position
Information slows down.
Some transactions become difficult for reasons that have little to do with the asset.
Information slows down. Numbers move. Clarity becomes conditional. Patience starts to look like dependency.
That is usually the point to simplify.
Establish the facts independently. Separate complexity from confusion. Bring in the right professional. Decide what actually matters.
Good transactions need cooperation.
But cooperation only works while both sides understand that restraint is a choice, not a weakness.
Sometimes the most important move in a transaction is not a better offer.
It is a boundary.
